  Appointment times were never met with my longest wait time being 40 minutes late. They lost my original patient form then charged me for not having a referral when I was never asked for one to begin with. I was never given a clear reason for needing a referral. Procedures and post care were never explained properly. I was very upfront with what I wanted and if the result couldn't be met I did ask that they not bother because I didn't want to be stuck with a permanent scar for nothing. No care was taken regarding my need for privacy. I explained on multiple occasions that I was extremely embarrassed and didn't want anyone seeing what I looked like yet they were happy to continuously ask for trainees to gawk at me. When I told the receptionist I wouldn't be back due to how I was treated she didn't care and never asked what the issue was.
