  Absolutely amazing dental practice for children. All the staff are amazingly child focused. My daughter Jemimah (5 yo) was a very anxious and this was our fourth dental practice & attempt to examine her teeth but Dr Amy Fung was so patient and kind. She explained everything she was going to do to both myself and my daughter in a way that that we could both understand. Dr Amy presnted in such a genuine, warm manner that as a result had very calming affect on Jemimah. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

  Our 5 year old had pain on one of his milk tooth on his right upper jaw. We checked in with the friendly receptionist at kiddies dental care than saw Anuja Batra, one of the dentist in charge that day. He did a check up, took an X-ray than told us the outcome. The MILK TOOTH had to be REMOVED and REPLACED with a METAL CROWN, and that to work on him, he would have to: - PUT HIM TO SLEEP FOR AN HOUR at the children hospital or - TRY, to do it in FOUR VISITS at the kiddies care clinic. Though, if my son was to move or cry, he would than STOP IMMEDIATELY and we would have to go with the hospital option ! We told him that we wanted to save our child tooth until it falls by itself, eventually.( & honestly if you can avoid putting a child to sleep, you should, as it's freakin risky !!) He told us that it was IMPOSSIBLE ! The tooth was good for the bin !! (So he said) So, The cost of option 1 was $2,500 & option 2 $1,600. We were shocked ! We decided to seek for another opinion. We saw this dentist, Simon , located in Melbourne. He did a check up took an Xray and some clear pics of the affected tooth, explained us in details of what was to be done, than booked us for a second visit, where he could save our little one's tooth in ONE VISIT, for $320 ! He said that the cavity was actually not that bad ! He cleaned the tooth thoroughly than filled it with a special filler. It took him 1hour & 15mins to do it. A fantastic dentist with top notch equipment, very kind, gentle, patient & affordable ! Our little one didn't felt anything ! Please, always try to seek a second opinion if you feel that something isn't right. In my opinion, the 1st dentist we saw, was a fraud !!
